Our Operations

We make our cookies and other baked goods one batch at time to be sure you receive the most flavorful cookies ever! There’s only one Nanna with a staff of sweet little helpers and we love to make cookies. While we are not available 24 hours per day and 7 days per week, but you can reach us by email and we will respond withing 24-48 hours.

Cancellations

There are no substitutions. There are no cancellations accepted once an order is in progress.

Nanna’s House Cookies Orders

Nanna and helpers can deliver your order fresh Monday through Friday, and on Saturday for an additional fee. All orders are delivered, and will be assessed a $3 delivery charge.   When we use extra gas, we charge extra fees to stay in business.  So outside of Metro Denver additional delivery charges may apply.
